If you landed here, your soul's probably been whispering that it's time. I don't believe in gatekeeping healing, so here's a few simple, powerful tools to help you come home to yourself, no strings, no catch. Just you, your breath, your body, and the foundations of remembering.
Inhale for 4, hold for 4, exhale for 4, hold for 4 (Box Breathing). Repeat 4 rounds.
Inhale deeply through your nose, exhale with a loud sigh. Do 5-10 rounds, letting sound come naturally.
Rapid short inhales + exhales through the nose for 30 seconds, then hold breath for 10 sec. Do 3 cycles.
Look into your eyes like you're reconnecting with an old friend. Say: "Hey… I know it hasn't been easy. You've made it through so much. I'm proud of you. I see you. I've got you now." Breathe. Let whatever comes up be okay. No pressure, just presence.
Use your non-dominant hand to draw how your inner child feels today. No judgment. You can also do a letter using your non-dominant hand as your inner child then, using your dominant hand now, you can do one back to your inner child.
Whether it be through arts & crafts, time on a playground, skateboarding, watching your favorite cartoon, face painting, getting in nature, learning an instrument, etc.. Do something that your inner child would've loved to do as a kid or did used to enjoy doing.
